From the review I wrote: The reviews don't lie - these people really are the best. 6 days after being rear-ended, my car is not only back to perfect condition, but also squeaky clean on the outside AND inside. My insurance agency gave me the name of this company and after seeing the reviews, I went ahead with them. Gabe handled everything professionally, smoothly, and expediently. They had me in for an estimate the day after the collision, and two business days later I was dropping my car off for the work to be done. They told me it would take a couple of days, and to my utter delight, the next day they called to say my car was ready for pick up! When I arrived, I almost didn't recognize it because the wheels were looking so shiny - I was so surprised to see the nice wash it had been given. Then I opened the door, only to realize they had ALSO deep-cleaned the inside! My jaw dropped. Talk about feeling taken care of! You cannot go wrong with Downtown Collision. They clearly know what they are doing from start to finish, and I'm so grateful for the service they provided me. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
