Again very good repair. We have been very pleased with the work all 3 times we have been here this year. And again communication is a gap. This time you did deliver the car a day early, but the day before I got a phone call confirming the car would be done but needed to pass quality checks and to watch for a confirmation. The next day I got the text but when we went to pick up it was not ready and we were told to disregard texts and wait for a call.

All bodywork was done exceptionally well, impossible to discern any repairs were done compared to the rest of of the panels or plastics. All employees were polite and helpful and the process was seamless, taking a reasonable amount of time for the works to be completed. The car was delivered clean. My only caveat was that the rim on the side the incident happened, that was only slightly affected by the event, was repainted darker than the original color, something I didn't notice at the time of delivery. I will get it color corrected on my dime by my trusted wheel repair service to be sure the work is well done and to save me time not having to be without the vehicle for any more days. My wheel repair service does the work the day of the appointment and with me present.
