Two Thursdays ago, I had the body work completed. Christian took a video of the bottom of my car in which the work was done. He offered to email me the next day a summary of what was done, and I said great, that'd be nice. The next day I phoned Rick and asked if Christian could include the video of the bottom of the car with the email. He said no problem, he would let Christian know. I week later I called and said no email received. I emailed Christian to remind him. A few days later I emailed Patrick to tell Christian. NO response from anyone! I feel like my rating of 7 is generous as their communication (especially Christian) is very poor. As a side note, Patrick was always straightforward and communicated well (except he didn't answer my email).
