We were super satisfied with the repair work done our RAV4. Our only disappointment was being told one price for our 2 wheels to be replaced and then being told 3x the price later. But the work itself is beautiful and the staff friendly.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this shop. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They were incredibly understanding of my situation and truly worked with me on the cost, which meant more than I can say. It’s rare to find a place that balances quality work with genuine compassion for their customers. Communication was outstanding the entire time. They kept me updated every step of the way, even through text, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful. I never once felt left in the dark about what was happening with my vehicle. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Not only are they clearly experts when it comes to cars, but they also helped navigate the insurance side of things, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense. Every single person I interacted with, from management to the front desk to the mechanics, was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they take pride in both their work and how they treat people. On top of all that, they even cleaned the interior of my car before I picked it up, which was such an appreciated extra touch. They also provided all records and took the time to walk me through everything in detail so I felt completely confident and informed. This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with any auto shop. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone without hesitation.
