My main issue is the fact that we dropped the car off on a Wednesday and when we called to get an update a week later we were told that the front desk hadn't told the shop it was there, so it sat for a week with nothing being done.

Took 5 weeks to get my car back with no loaner. When I picked it up, it wouldn’t start because they drained my battery. I got a call weeks later that I have to bring it back because they didn’t put two lugnuts back on my tires.
