Where do I start? My car insurance got billed for the damage on my car, and it took 3 weeks for you geniuses to figure out that my car was totaled during a front end collision. I can overlook that mistake though. After the car was deemed totaled, you refused to release my car to the person I had come pick it up, he waited two hours and some change to leave with it. When your shop was upset that they had no choice to let it go, someone took all of the broken parts from the body and just roughly shoved them in the car cab and scratched up the dashboard, and ripped fabric on the seats and headliner. Also, the parts were dirty, so road dirt and salt are now mashed into the fabric. And to clarify what car, it was a beautiful car, a 2013 Inferno Orange Camaro. I will never refer you to anyone for business, and will never be able to have a different outlook because I will take my business elsewhere. Does it seem so hard to fathom why you wouldnât put my car up and see if there was damage to the Unibody since it was a front end collision before you started fixing the body? Youâre amatures at best.
