The paint on the bumper does not match. The hood of the car is not lined up. Its way off. And I don't understand why the left side of the hood is off when the repair is the right side lower part of the bumper.

The repair is not complete. Extremely Disappointed! The paint does not match. The seams are not lined up on the car. Although the staff was very professional and courteous; I have not heard back about how this is going to be resolved.

Meeting my adjuster , Jack, was the most reassuring feeling I had since the auto accident. He was very thorough and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The receptionist was so kind and helpful as well. On the day of completion, I was supremely surprised to receive a beautifully cleaned auto with a perfect repair. Can't be more satisfied than that!
