I was pleasantly surprised how customer-focused this experience was. From day one, I received regular text updates so that I didn’t have to call to check on the process. Jen at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. Vic and others on staff were also friendly and efficient. I appreciate that they maintain a good relationship with insurance company adjusters to ensure that work moves smoothly without unnecessary delays. Job well done!
