Everything was handled so professionally and I didn’t even have to worry with missing time from work. o received the best customer service from dropping my car off to arranging my rental. Upon picking up the my car it was not only repaired but washed and ready to go. Drp is #1 In customer service

I love y'alls process...but I was surprised that the car was dirty when I picked it up. It smelled like commercial glue. There was damage to the interior glove compartment which was new...that may have happened from storage of car parts in the interior...but seeing it and notify the customer may help as opposed to finding it on check in and notifying the owner. The e-updates are great. Staff is super nice. Thank you for helping me getting it to Powhatan Auto for inspection. Regards, Joe
