Everyone at DRP was very professional. Jennifer, Bobby and Bruno were always happy to take my calls for updates and were very thorough. When it came down to my car being done, there were a couple set backs from original timing, but the team kept working on it and able to get it done on the day they had promised. I will forever recommend DRP for anyone that needs collision repair.

This is the second poor repair experience in a row. There seems to be no quality control oversight regarding repairs. Hand print in the clear coat and a large gap where bumper was reattached, among other things. The vehicle will need to go back in to have issues fixed. It’s disappointing that the quality control deficiencies continue.

The team went above and beyond to help me with delivering a loaner vehicle to my house and staying late on a Friday evening to finishing washing my truck and getting it ready for pick up for the weekend. This doesn’t go unnoticed and I appreciate after I expressed my concerns about communication, that the team went above and beyond to save the experience. Room for improvement would be giving proactive updates to customers prior to the day before, or even day of, if their vehicle isn’t going to be ready on time. A lot of customers unfortunately have to coordinate rental vehicles during repair. Again, after I expressed this, the team went out of their way to save the experience and I appreciate the effort.

The staff was friendly and always responded. They gave an ETA and pretty much nailed when to expect my vehicle back. It was not a stressful experience at all and they also kept on the insurance company to be sure things were approved and handled the right way.

My husband hit a deer on his way to work and we chose DRP Collision to repair the damage. They kept us updated the entire process from the initial evaluation through to when it was ready for pick up. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job fixing up our car…you can’t even tell anything happened. I would highly recommend them to others.
