I picked up vehicle on Monday, I noticed the steering wheel is not centered while driving straight, I texted the shop and left voice messages about this issue yesterday unfortunately I haven’t heard back from shop. I am requesting a copy of before/after alignment measurements and also calibration report since those operations in the estimate.

It took A MONTH to get repaired and there is still missing a part of wheel to be replaced. Four Wheel alignment didn’t complete well or never been completed.

The Team at Drury-Moss are amazing. They & Brenda kept me updated on the progress and were very knowledgeable on what had to been done to get repaired completely. I hope that I don't have to have collision repairs again anytime soon, but if so Drury-Moss will be our Choice for repairs.

Your customer service is very good. Your employees made my experience with a damaged vehicle (first time hit from behind…the driver had no active insurance) relatively simple and answered my questions easily, and also provided assistance to put my new registration sticker on and drive my Kia across to the rental company. (Thanks Joe Krizan.) The regular updates by text message was welcomed and comforting to me. I knew Mrs. Moss from my years working at Amarillo National Bank, and I knew her to be honest and wonderful. I’ve never had a thought of using any body shop other than Drury-Moss Body Shop.
