My engine ba was completely covered in dust. Could have covered it if it needed to be parked outside or even clean it befor returning it to me. New hood didn't shut correctly, I hade to adjust it to make it correct. Wind guard wasn't fully installed, I have to install a plastic locking insert for it to be properly fastened. Work itself looks good, paint looks good. Seems like dury is lacking QA/QC quality control. I would have left town to have them fix my concerns but I had to leave town the next day.

Joe was ok, I kept getting false hope with completion date. Lack of communication is a big problem. I potentially missed a good job opportunity because the date kept getting pushed.

Thank you for getting my truck out!!! It looks like factory!!! I know there was some issues with the timing of when it could be available due to issues outside of the body work that needed to be done… I understand life happens just like it did to me.. Lol!! Just happy to have my baby back!!! Will definitely be back to see yall Friday!! Yall are awesome!!
