No sure. A family member picked up a car less than a month ago and they said it was pristine. Maybe my situation was just an acceptation.

My whole family has been taking cars to Drury-Moss since it was Moss Body Shop. I will say it is not the same as it used to be. I was not consulted that the repairs from the insurance report were not going to be handled as they recommended.
