From the beginning to picking it up, the customer service was excellent. I was kept informed the entire time of the repair which I appreciated so much. And, my vehicle was cleaner than when I brought it in!

My family has used Drury in the past. This time did not disappoint. Deena kept me informed, was always polite and cheerful. I’ve only had my Kia back for a few hours but so far it drives great and I don’t anticipate any problems. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do, Drury will be my first choice and first recommendation.

I’ve never had a service manager be so professional and always using kind. words. Everything he told me was spot on with timing, I thought that was awesome!!! The quality of work is beyond the best.
