D & S Auto Body purchased Rudy's Auto Body Shop in May of 2023. Rest Assured the new owner had been managing Rudy's Auto Body for over 30 years and will be a familiar face once you walk in the door. You will continue to receive the same great quality of work you have been accustomed to! The same employees who worked for Rudy are still here to provide that excellent service. We work with all the Insurance Company's to help settle the claim for all the repairs. We also arrange for the rental company to pick you up at our office and arrange for the Ins. Co to be billed for their portion. We help with the claim from beginning to end. We are always here to help.

I was very pleased that when we picked the car up it looked brand new. There was an issue with the heat not working correctly but after taking it back right away it was fixed within 20 minutes. And all staff we dealt with were very nice. And I appreciated the regular updates via text messages.

I showed up at 7:30 this morning thinking you would be open. When I noticed the door was locked, I saw two guys pulling up to the side of the building. I just stopped to ask them what time the shop opened. One of the gentleman offered to take my key and give it to the desk when they opened. Awesome and appreciated!! My car looks great too ;-).

I'm very disappointed with the treatment you gave to me. First of all, I don't think it should take 24 days to fix the problem on my car and most of all let a customer drive out of your auto shop with a car that has the check engine sign on , And you tell me that everything was checked I find that very difficult to believe and worst of all accept.

Repair looks great. The text messages, however, were completely inaccurate on time needed for repair. App needs to be updated to reflect correct expectation of job completion.
