Very disappointed. I dropped my car off to fix door and windshield which I needed 2 claims for. I was quoted for windshield repair and put in the claim with my insurance. I connected my insurance agent and someone from D&S to talk. I was told that the windshield and the door will all be taken care of. I went to pick up my car and all that was fixed was the door. When I asked why my windshield was not fixed, I was told they didn’t receive my claim for the windshield. No one reached out or communicated with me regarding the windshield. I was told my car was ready to go. I dropped off my rental all to find that my car is not done nd the only explanation I got was they didn’t receive my claim. Someone should have told me that. I would have reached out the insurance and gotten taken care of. My time was wasted and I am disappointed. Maybe reach out the client about claims that fall through the cracks.
