Duanes did outstanding job on my car- timerly/professional/ adjuster outstanding BUT ESURANCE I AM TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH- I DO NOT FEEL ESURANCE IS OUT TO PROTECT MY INTEREST- LADY BACKS INT ME AND ADJUSTER DOES NOT PROTECT MY INTEREST AT A COST OF $1000.00- WHERE IS THE JUSTICE- COMPLAINT FILED WITGH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA!
