When I brought my car in for repair, the manager looked at my vehicle and indicated his car has the same damage as mine, and even showed me his car! He also indicated that he wouldn’t divulge this to the AAA damage adjuster. When the AAA damage adjuster inspected my car with Duane’s Auto Body. The Duane rep told AAA that my car damage was the same damage he had in his car. AAA was shown the damage in the Duane’s manager’s car. Based on that inappropriate inspection my claim was partially denied. Duane’s was completely out of line and their action of showing my car to compare with the manager’s was a conflict of interest. His actions may have been what caused my claim to be particularly denied! Duane’s unduly influenced the adjuster!
