Duane’s body and passing was a total God-send. Monica was very welcoming and helpful with arranging a rental car during the repair time. Ajay explained what needed to happen in great detail including the stickers than I didn’t even know were behind the paint. Alex kept me in the loop every step of the way and even got things done ahead of time. I was able to take a whole day off the rental time. Great team, great service. Thank you!

Duanes did quality work & now my car doesnt look horrible pulling up to client appointments. My Pilot's bumper had softball size bubbles & spots where the paint had peeled off.(bought it used & they slowly started to developed over the last 5yrs) Duanes gave me quotes that were reasonable, they didn't pressure me into getting more work done than what I wanted to do/could afford, and it turned out GREAT! I highly recommend them to anyone, whether it's a small or large paint job. (Don't let the front desk lady deter you, they are nice people behind the scenes)

2 small issues - one is that they changed the setting on my headlamps, and I struggled in the dense fog to be sure I was seen - and I could see! - once I realized it. Two was that this car is in MY name, not my husband's! Don't make assumptions! Otherwise, they were/are excellent!

The gas tank looks great. I am very happy that when I picked up my car it was cleaned both inside and outside. I truly appreciate that extra bit of effort especially since what was fixed was under the car.
