The work was done really well. The whole staff was professional and friendly. Very easy to talk to. I think her name was Victoria my case manager …was very friendly and very accommodating. She went over the details with me about my car and showed me the final result. Thank you.

The staff was very nice, and hopefully this doesn't happen again, but I would probably shop around a bit first before choosing DAB again

Communication could use improvement, I would be told many times I would get a call back or an update but no one would follow up. The repair took a week longer than they told me, which would normally be understandable, but I didn't hear about it taking longer until well into the following week
