I had a freak accident on the freeway at around noon last week where a carton box flew off a truck landing on the roadway causing a dent on the front lip of my Mazda. I contacted my Allstate agent and opened a claim, then brought my car to Dublin Auto Body since they are affiliated with Allstate Insurance, and are closeby. Long story short, the Dublin Auto Body manager named Anthony personally took care of us and had the car ready for pickup within 7 days! The quality of the work was exceptional to say the least! It's like nothing happened and the car looks exactly the same as before the accident! The process was easy. We made an appointment, they looked at the vehicle, we received an estimate, and they even offered to get us a rental car. I highly recommend Dublin Auto Body!

I had sap sprinkled all over the top of my car and I was referred to Dublin Auto Body when the Carwash place couldn’t handle the removal. I worked with Anthony and he was great! He inspected the car, gave a through evaluation and provided me the next steps. I brought my car in early morning for the service and the job was done by midday. They also provided shuttle service to work (a short distance away in Dublin). I’d recommend them to family and friends in the future! I’d tell them to go see Anthony.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service. I felt welcomed from the initial phone call and once I came by the shop the first time, I knew this was the shop for me. I didn’t shop around to compare. I trusted Victorias estimate and her suggestions were greatly appreciated. At the time I came, there was a wonderful receptionist. I know she is no longer there, however she was like the cherry on top of a perfect Sundae! Victoria is amazing and despite juggling more work now, she’s still just as helpful, welcoming and extremely personable

The drop-off and pick-up processes were smooth. The shop did not follow up on the expected repair completion date I had to make several calls to get a response. Moreover, the quality of work is subpar, possibly indicating a rush.
