Always excellent quality service but almost had a mishap when a tool was left inside the engine. Luckily it did not fall into the engine while I was driving home.

Overall, a good experience with this auto body shop. Communication was excellent, they worked seamlessly with my insurance, and the repairs were completed on time. The door repair was decent, though not perfectly aligned as it was from the manufacturer, but still acceptable. I did notice my phone holder was broken. Otherwise, satisfied with the service. 8/10

Satisfied with service, quality of work remains to be seen as time goes on, but so far so good. Communication was a challenge at time, I had to follow up numerous times because I did not always get a call back. Also, the shop presented itself better online than reality - in person, the shop did not appear as maintained, clean as the website presents and just makes me question if that translates to the work.

Repair work was very good. Unfortunately we dealt with a 3rd party insurance as our vehicle was rear-ended, and getting their insurance to provide the necessary documents to Dublin Auto body was often a bottleneck, no fault of DAB.

The repair took twice as long as originally told. The back bumper rubber overlay was damaged in the accident. Only half of it was replaced and now it looks horrible and is completely unmatched.
