I’ve forwarded the email from CSAA to them when I took the car to the shop for an estimate and confirmed that they have received it. The email is regarding deductible being waived and placed me as non-fault. When I retrieved my car the statement stile showing the deductible and I have to remind them about this email.

Victoria and the Dublin Auto Body took excellent care of me and my car when I came in not onc, but twice, in the span of 6 months. The first time, the incident was my fault, and it was my first time dealing with a collision repair group and insurance. Victoria was very thorough in explaining things to me and was kind enough to drive me to the rental car shop after they couldn’t pick me up. The second time I went in, it was a hit and run. But I wasn’t worried at all because I knew exactly who to call! Karen at the front desk and Victoria both recognized me and treated me very kindly. Victoria personally made sure that my car was completely ready and safe to drive, for instance sending my car in to get reprogrammed after she recognized that some of my safety lights had gone off. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during two separate instances that could have been more stressful. Thank you Victoria, Karen and team—I really appreciate you!!
