They just handed me my car and the forgot to put the hybrid sign and when I started driving it takes car to the right side which is mean they didn’t alignment and wheel balancing than they called me to bring my car on this coming Wednesday again, I don’t like the service and I don’t know how are they certified, because they give your car uncompleted and when they painted there’s a fogg showing on window

I felt like the whole process was switch and bait. During the Initially inspection they will give you a quote but they will also say theirtechnician will do one more inspection after you signed and paid the initial half amount.Now the technician will say additional work is needed. My quote went by 50%. Since you have already paid half you have no choice. Wrong practices. Delivery time and communication all over the place. Will think twice going to this place
