Repairs seem to be done right, they pointed out some things that were missed in the original inspection and quote, worked with MAPFRE to update the quote, did the work, and cleaned the inside of the car before returning. I was pleased and impressed.

Customer service was good, especially because they cleaned the inside of the car. Only reason it is not a 10 is that I would have appreciated an update sooner on how long the expected repairs would take. I ended up calling them to check in, left a message, and then they got right back to me.
