Paint looks fine but, got the car back with a stained sunshade that had to be cleaned off. There were also several broken clips on the interior dome lights that all had to be replaced at my expense. This is day 3 of waiting for a call back from management. Next step will be a Google review if this is how you run business.

The quality of work is good. I would recommend them because of this. However, I would say if someone is dealing with Progressive insurance, they should not use Duke. Honestly, I think the Progressive insurance person was being more practical than Duke. Duke seemed to want to add unnecessary billable process.
