Nice people overall, but the repaired car door was a little harder to close. The rubber string attached around inside the door was not enforced well, theh kept delaying the repair but it was one item so it wasn’t there fault it was their distributors of replacement items. The guy told me we had to wait like probably around weeks or even months just for that one rubber piece so they recommended me t just reused the old rubber piece because it wasn’t damaged at all just a small tiny tear. Can’t really blame anyone, supply and demand is bad right now so distribution of items is poor. We need more people in the workforce or we are never going to get out of this inflated economy.

Quality of work was very good. Communication could be better, as I had to constantly call for updates as the finish date kept shifting due to material delays.

End up finding heavy mold on vehicle floor due to Duke having window down at their shop. Also, trim part has came off passenger side bumper by tire.
