I think the one thing is bugging me -throughout the process - once we have left the car in the shop - there has been very limited update, and on a Friday afternoon at 4PM receiving a message indicating the car is ready in 1/2 hr, it is not sufficient for us to plan and pick up the car in time. DuKE coll, closes at 5PM Friday and not open until Monday. We were left with not able to pick up our car until the following Tuesday.

Overall I was very satisfied- everyone I dealt with was very nice and thorough. But there was white-wash on the black part of my car which when i brought it to their attention they immediately fixed it. However when I got home there was also lots of white wash inside my back door so I had to clean it myself. Wish they paid more attention to cleaning up but again, repairs were good! Just responding since the question was if I was Completely satisfied!
