They keep you in the loop and informed the entire way. The personal touch shows alot of class. Adelina, allowed me to be there with the calls to dealerships so I was aware of everything that was going on. Twice there was an issue with my order and because I was part of the process I knew Duke Collision was doing absolutely everything they could to speed up the back order.
