You chose to put on an after-market fender; it does not have a good fit and it looks sloppy. You put on a new grill frame (supposedly a Toyota item) that also does not align well on the right side. The new bolts in the right-front wheel well are silver-colored and not dark like in the other three wheel wells, so it stands out as unfinished.

Friendly people. The long wait to get a repair appointment was excessive, and the repair itself took twice as long as projected at check-in. They did not provide updates when delays emerged.

Poor attitude, poor performance, poor customer service , left my air intake loose /improperly installed. refused to inspect a non functional door actuator plug that had came loose in the crash and left tape/residue on my hood

They failed to follow instructions causing damage to my carbon fiber hood threw away hardware that connected a spoiler to the front of my car left the air intake completely loose /hanging off my car and refused to inspect the faulty nonworking door actuator that had become unplugged in the accident specifically -Landon armentrout
