They went above and beyond the service they provided by coming to help us when our car broke down because of mechanical issues down the road something they didn't have to do! we knew going in that there was a backlog and we were very patient. It became a very extended process and at times were delayed in responses on the status of the vehicle. She ended up being out of it for three months.
