Duncan has my car for over 3 weeks. Every time I would call to ask about a pick up date, I was informed that you had all the parts and just needed to assemble them. However it still took over 3 weeks. I understand things take time, but I felt like my car was not a priority. When I did get to pic up my car, the paper work had not been done so I sat in the waiting room for 30 min. Then after I was able to drive it off the lot, there was a clicking in my brakes. I had to drive it back to Duncan and have them look at it again. You would think that if they had my car. For almost a month, that they would take it for a test drive to make sure everything worked okay. Obviously they didnât and I was stuck waiting for them to look at my car for another hour. The clicking was nothing structurally wrong, so I drove my car home. The worker told me to bring it back if the clicking didnât go away within 100 miles. I almost hate to bring it back to Duncan if this is the case because Iâm afraid of how long it will take them again!
