I would have been satisfied had my car have been repaired in a reasonable amount of time, if I had been communicated with in regards as to what was going on, if the people working there had been knowledgeable about the policy of my insurance provider, if I wasnât continuously given misinformation. Anyway, Iâm just glad to have this done and over. Obviously I wonât be utilizing you all in the future and I wouldnât be able to recommend you to anyone I know. As far as I can tell, the car looks good. I just hope people know more there than the impression I took away from my experience.

I think you all probably do a good job in every area and mine was an anomaly. However, it would keep me from recommending. I would let people know that I was entirely satisfied with the outcome. It was a pain along the way though.
