Car looked great when finished. It took a long time to repair which is understandable. I would have liked more communication from Duncan. I never got updates. Had to call to find out status

The back bumper was missed in the repair. Also, the car went to the dealership to have steering wheel fixed. The crew at you place forgot to tell the crew at the dealership to fix the issue with the steering wheel clicking. So, the work that was done looks good. Great quality. But, you guys missed an important part (yet it was minor damage). Room for improvement. Just like all of us need to strive for improvement.
