I would've given you a 10 if someone had called to let me know my car was going to be a day late, and I also requested and I noted that it was circled on the repair order when I drop my car off that I needed a quote in a telephone call regarding having the front passenger door handle repaired. It was not quoted And if it was I never heard anything.
