When leaving you I had. No power steering. Took to my mechanic belt was off and tensioner damaged or froze. May or may not be accident related but should not have been returned in that unsafe condition. It has been towed to your location. You have been excellent in the past but this has caused me a wasted afternoon and much frustration. State Farm said I had to return to you rather than have mechanic fix. I have a rental until properly repaired
