Josh was very professional, patient and made sure to answer all my questions. It was reassuring to work with someone who gives you the confidence to know that the job will be well done. Terry was great at making sure all my questions were answered and keeping the communication and process running smoothly. Tammy was a pleasure to work with in setting up the working with the adjuster to set up the estimate and appointment for the repair and explaining how the payment process worked.This was a new car that was hit and now after the repair, you cannot even tell it was damaged. Dunshee Body And Frame made things so much less stressful. The whole process was handled so amazing- start to finish! Thank you!

It appears that the tire that was originally on the car (that was damaged during the accident) was not replaced. It appears that a new tire was not put on after showing the inspector the damage that was done to the tire..

Hi there, just a few comments. As was invoiced, a new tire was supposed to be installed and it appears that the old tire was utilized. There’s a significant piece of rubber that was extruded from the tire as a result of the accident. Just wondering why this wasn’t done. Car was very dusty inside. I know it’s not your responsibility. You’re just fixing the car, but you should try to leave it as clean as possible.
