I was very pleased with the quality of service and responsiveness of the receptionist and mechanics. I also appreciated them paying attention to my special needs and being willing to house my vehicle until I was able to make arrangements to have it picked up. My only suggestion is to better coordinate billing and questions between the body shop and auto repair shop. Thank you for everything. Carol
