If anything, I woulda given a 9 solely because of the time it took. However that wasn’t their fault. Shipping is always shipping issues. Otherwise. The repair was great. My car runs like new again.

At first I was disappointed to hear I had to travel all the way to Waterbury to go to this Tesla in network shop (about 40 minutes from my house) but they really were fantastic! The service was excellent and they communicate very well! Stacey was very friendly and stayed on top of keep me posted about the status of my car. It was a great experience all-around.
