At first I was disappointed to hear I had to travel all the way to Waterbury to go to this Tesla in network shop (about 40 minutes from my house) but they really were fantastic! The service was excellent and they communicate very well! Stacey was very friendly and stayed on top of keep me posted about the status of my car. It was a great experience all-around.

My car was finished a day before the original target day. When I went to pickup my car they explained in detail and showed me the work that was performed. They even informed me about a tire issue that was present. My car was cleaned and vacuumed. They did excellent work. Thank you

Stacy did a wonderful job communicating with a terrible insurance company. Even though it took 4 weeks to get my car back. She kept me informed and contacted the insurance company (Arch) regularly.
