The two gals that helped me were very kind and thorough in giving me a timeline of what was going to happen. My car was done in the timeframe that was given to me, and it was nicely done when I went to pick it up.

I would never recommend this place to anybody I feel felt threatened and also when I walked into the office five different people were trying to talk to me the owner does not speak any English so it’s hard to explain to him what I was trying to say but he did not wanna listen to anything he wanted me out of his shop not professional I am a family man so I did not say nothing I left but I would recommend someone to look into this because this is not fair to the public the shop should be taken off the insurance Netwerk because they’re ripping people off and charging the insurance for extra money

Bad service, the owner Erik and his daughter lied to me about the whole repair, they lied to me to get me to repair my car at the shop but they did not finish the repair they made me pick up my car without the door locks working on it they were very rude not professional stay away from this shop they are not good people I would never go back I would never recommend this place to anybody worst shop I ever dealt with in the last 20 years someone needs to look into the shop because they are ripping people off and billing the insurance for money not good is called fraud I hope they get caught

Duran auto body is a highly rated location for many great reasons to get your vehicle repaired they worked great alongside my insurance company and carried themselves in a highly professional manner. They explained with great detail all the steps it takes for the repair, and kept me informed as each step was taking place.
