Dusty was AWESOME! He took my vehicle even after it came from another collision center (Perez Collision Center) in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Perez Collision Center was horrible they had my vehicle for I believe 8 days it took that long just to get an estimate. That’s with me the client calling them everyday asking for the estimate. Perez lied to me several times therefore I had my vehicle towed to Dusty’s. Dusty was so professional he had my estimate completed within 3 hours of my vehicle arriving, worked with All State and due to damages of hitting the dear it took a little over a month for repairs. Which is totally understandable. Thank you so much Dusty for all you and your wonderful team did for me. Perez Collision Center should be investigated because I am a travel nurse. I was stuck out of state and could not get anything accomplished within the eight days. My vehicle was there. I would not trust them to tighten the lug nuts on my vehicle. They seem like they were only interested in helping Mexican people and I’m not being racist. My children are biracial.
