Lack of communication I called several times while car was there couldn’t get correct info was told I’ll call you back toward the end it got better but in actuality need to communicate with your customers more

The people were nice, but what I want yuh to know is that yuu ned a better system for updating customers on status of repair. I heard nothing for 3 weeks and when I called to check in they said my car had been ready for two weeks and they called once and left a voicemail.I didn’t receive it. So the car sat there for 2 weeks with no followup call or text. You should have a text alert system. Even if they called, they called only once and people miss calls all the time, but texts stay there.
