Mr Ricky is a selfless businessman in our community. He’s kind attentive and treats everyone with respect , just like we are all family. Ms Ana - who greeted me at the front desk is an amazing woman . She got right to business . Her knowledge of insurance carriers is impeccable and impressive. Ms Ana explained every single option and possible scenario and if any / all costs associated with my situation. I didn’t recognize my baby Ebony (Nissan Rogue) when I got her back she looked BRAND SPANKIN NEW . My brand new car was crushed by a tree. My hood, front windshield, roof, and rear view mirror, and more was completely destroyed. While it was being worked on by Dutchess Auto, they periodically gave me text updates on my car while it was being worked on, and 5 weeks later, my car looked absolutely amazing! I was at a complete loss for words when I saw it. It looked BRAND NEW and functioned normally. This was a huge job and they aced it! These guys do an excellent job and the staff are all unbelievably friendly and professional. The office is clean and comfortable with a coffee machine on display. Thank you for your work. Would absolutely come back again!

Dutchess Auto Collision is the best place I've ever been to get my car repaired. From Ana at the front desk to the mechanics and staff, everyone is so friendly and professional, along with the owner, who took a personal interest in helping me get my car repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible. They not only helped me contact my car insurance company and even arranged a rental car right to my door, but when my car battery failed (which was completely unrelated to the problem I brought the car in for), upon learning that it was still under warranty at the store where I bought it, they immediately took care of everything, and all I had to do was pick up my car. Excellent service. 1,000% recommended.

I went to most body shop in Poughkeepsie got quote.. the most was $6200. I went to Vince Autobody got quote for $4600.. then I spoke to Ricky owner, he said take it to is other shop at Dutchess auto and he help me get a deal on some tires.. Dutchess auto wrote new quote for over $9800 They had more work hours originally 14hr new 34. Then Dutchess auto added different body trim on quote for a type-s Acura mdx I have a spec which made price go up.. so I am not too happy.. he get to rip the insurance company off and I couldnt get a discounted on some tires… there is my feedback.. I will also post of google

I’m very happy with the quality of the paint work, it came out great. Joe was especially helpful throughout the process and made sure to communicate with me whenever I had questions. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from Ricky regarding the tint film that was removed during the repair, despite both Joe and I reaching out. I would still be open to doing business with the shop again for future paint work, but I would appreciate a fair adjustment if the tint film is not replaced. Overall, I would still recommend the shop. That said, I was not informed that the energy absorber was not replaced, which later resulted in additional out-of-pocket costs for me. Clearer communication on these items would have made the experience even better
