I felt that I was extremely well-treated by the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, showed real concern for my predicament, and ready to help in whatever way possible. The repair work is beautiful. The car looks like nothing bad had happened. U get what u pay for. Place is expensive but good. If for insurance work then I would wholeheartedly recommend. If u have to pay urself for some minor repairs I wld find a cheaper place.

There were a few things that I had to go back to fix, oversights that took time away from vacation with kids. But the staff was very responsive and took care of everything promptly. Perhaps a bit closer attention to detail is warranted but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Dutchess Auto Collision took care of my car after crashing thru a tree that fell in front of me in the highway. The car was completely destroyed, I thought it was most likely be totaled, when I got my car back, I thought it was going to look ok. The car looked like the day it came out of the dealer, I'm not exaggerating. The people in the office are caring, friendly and professional. This place exceeded my expectations.
