We are experienced and certified in aluminum repairs. There is a lifetime warranty on collision repairs on workmanship . Dutro's has been doing quality repairs since 1923 in Southeastern Ohio. I am very adamant about what an amazing superb job Dutro Nissan Ford did on my vehicle and how wonderful, calming and easy the process & communication was, the absolute best in Guernsey and Muskingum counties.

Throughout the entire process of initial inspection to the finished body work was done very meticulously. I feel as if my vehicle was of high priority this being stated they are a very busy body shop in which every vehicle was treated not as first or last but rather as high priority individually.

Let me state up front the employees are the foundation & structure of a business. The guys at the body shop where I went to by mistake were very caring in directing me across the street and into a bay to start my check in process with Heather, the body shop manager and a body shop employee that had been with the company for over 30 years. The communication was superb, everything was explained very clearly. The employees during this process top notch therefore the structure & foundation of Dutro Nissan Ford is as strong as it gets. These people are very diligent about customer care, understanding, communication. I’ve never had such an amazing top notch experience with any body shop in guernsey or Muskingum county OH as I have with Dutro Nissan Ford in Zanesville OH.

Vechiel makes sounds didnt make before accident and where phone hit windshield it cracked wasnt fixed and ac worked during accident and now dont work complete trask had 6 lights hooked up on bumper now 4 only hooked up didnt call just left wires hanging do not redemend at all if want done right
