I am very satisfied with the service provided by D&V Autobody for my almost new Tesla Model Y. Lily Hernandez was excellent to work with throughout the process. Once I filed the claim with my insurance company, D&V Autobody took over and handled all communications and coordination with the insurance company making the experience much less stressful. The quality of the repair work and customer service was outstanding. The only negative aspect was the amount of time it took to complete the job.

Overall I liked dealing with them, they were professional, courteous and pleasant. The work that they completed was very good. Obviously, it is critical to have official estimates done for everything ahead of taking the car in for work.

The work they did was very good. However, they didn't complete everything that I had asked them to do. They were supposed to connect with Chubb to see if they could do some repairs that were not on the original estimate. They agreed that this was no problem, but when I went to pick up the car none of that had happened.
