Working with D&V really made the whole repair process so seamless.They knew exactly what needed to be done and what to contest from the insurance company's initial quote that would be cutting corners. I appreciated that they advocated for doing everything properly/the right way, and replacing components, instead of just getting by with some repair work to some parts. The quality of work performed was fantastic and I'm so glad to see my car back in top form!

Is there a higher score than a 10? Celvin was so great to work with and made this whole process - which was completely new to me - so easy. It was reassuring having someone who was such an expert on my side, and able to work with my insurance company to get everything done properly. I could not be more grateful or pleased with my whole experience with D&V Autobody Masters. I truly appreciate Celvin's expertise and customer service. He took care of absolutely everything regarding my repair! He truly went above and beyond in my book coordinating all the moving parts. As I said, I've never had an auto body repair experience, and was nervous there was going to be a lot of hoops to jump through. I really anticipated it being a struggle of sorts, but D&V made it so seamless and easy, I'm still in awe that I didn't have to do anything, yet I have my car back good as new! Again, I'm so grateful and will happily share my experience and recommend D&V to everyone who needs auto body service!

I had a perfect previous experience and would always recommend to others. I am fairly certain after this current experience that I will not recommend.

The repairs didnt not seem like they were QC'd in any way. Parts did not fit correctly. Mismatched parts. I asked for my original parts on several occasions and they were still not kept. Very unsatisfied. Car was left at shop to be corrected.

I left the car with the shop because the repairs were not correct. Part fitment was bad. Parts were mismatched from the original parts. Hard tape lines were left. Damage to original paint. I asked on several occasions to retain any part that came off the car and was reassured that it was document; the original parts were thrown away. Does not seem that the repairs were QC'd at all. Very unsatisfied.
