The advisor was not there for my initial appointment and communication was limited. I think you could make accomodations for the delay of parts by getting an appointment for subrigation, then have the auto returned to the owner while awaiting parts. I know this would be more work for you, but it is not about you, it is about your clients. The work is excellent, but the concern for the client is minimal.

D&V Masters handled the claim perfectly. Even though we had to wait for a few to get an appointment but the overall experience was phenomenal.. Todd was very professional with following up & guiding us through every step of the way.. Ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful & nice.. There is just something different about D&V Masters that you don’t see at any other body work shops in the DMV area.. Barely see an advertisements from D&V but still have to wait for weeks for an appointment says everything about the quality of work.

No fault of D&V but I had to wait more than 2 months for the car. However, even when I picked up the car, the side mirror was defective. The replacement has been placed and to be reinstalled. And now I’m concerned that the car battery had died in those 2.5 months that’s because the clock was no longer showing the correct time. I hope the car electronics are ok.

Great work on the paint. Great communication, Jose and Ahmed are both fantastic. Lots of delays, I’m assuming mostly due to dealing with insurance. Will be bringing my cars back whenever I need any type of work done.
