I believe they use OEM parts and OEM specs and procedures to repair your vehicle to as close to its original state as possible. I don't believe they cut any corners or take any shortcuts.

Thanks to Jason and D&V, my car came back looking better than it did when I brought it in. Not only was the evidence that it had been sideswiped completely gone, but I noticed they had touched up some existing chips and scratches on a different area of the car, unrelated to the accident. It was also meticulously clean.
